Ready to take action with the Institute?
Join the New Jersey Institute for Social Justice for a Volunteer Training where we’ll help volunteers and community leaders gain the knowledge, skills, and confidence to organize, advocate, and take action in their communities and support of Institute’s campaigns for racial and social justice.
Learn practical community organizing and grassroots advocacy skills, including canvassing, phone banking, tabling, public testimony, and meeting with legislators, so you can effectively engage your community and help drive change across New Jersey.
Trainings will be held every other month and are open to volunteers who have already attended a Volunteer Orientation or are actively engaged with the Institute.
