The 2024 U.S. Senate primary has brought election reform to the forefront of New Jersey politics. Voters now realize that how their ballots are designed is an attack on our democracy. And they realize that the system is rigged by party insiders who give preferential treatment on the ballot to favored candidates while unendorsed candidates are consigned to hard-to-find areas on the ballot — in what is referred to as “Ballot Siberia.”
